Moldova Citizenship by Investment Program

On 1st October 2018, Moldova’s citizenship by investment program (MCBI) entered into force. The applicants need to make an economic contribution for the development of the country through the State Investment Fund in the MCBI Program. In return for this commitment with strict conditions of due diligence, the citizenship is offered to families which include a detailed background check of applicants and investors.

Who can get Moldovan Citizenship by Investment : Investor, his/her spouse, underage children, adult children up to the age of 29 and parents older than 55.

  • €100,000 - for the applicant alone.
  • €115,000 - for a couple.
  • €145,000 - for families of four.
  • €155,000 - for families of five or more.

Additional fees

  • Government fees : 35.000 € - non-refundable fee (no restrictions on the number of family members)
  • Due Diligence : 6.000 € - main applicant, 5.000 € - additional family members over 16 years of age
  • Passport fees : 300 € - per applicant
